Able to manage stakeholder expectations and willing to take full responsibility for the delivering of project objectives to the highest quality, within budget by effectively organizing, managing & utilizing resources.
With more than 20 years’ experience on international projects on different continents, I am on a mission to help organizations initiate and implement successful change management plans and build and grow profitable and sustainable businesses. In addition I’m continuing my academic research in the field of leadership, cultural diversity and change management.
